1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Cleancars365 website or utilizing our professional detailing services for cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, and RVs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cleancars365 regarding your use of our service platform and onsite detailing offerings. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

Cleancars365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our booking platform for the sole purpose of scheduling and managing detailing services for your vehicles. All content provided, including text, graphics, logos, and proprietary cleaning methodologies, is the intellectual property of Cleancars365 and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Use of our services is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the booking of services for stolen vehicles or vehicles without the owner's explicit consent.
• You are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the Cleancars365 platform or proprietary service protocols.
• Users must not provide false information regarding vehicle type, size, or condition (e.g., misrepresenting a large RV as a standard SUV) to circumvent established pricing structures.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The services provided by Cleancars365 are offered on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive for excellence in detailing cars, trucks, boats, and RVs, we do not guarantee that the service will meet every specific aesthetic expectation or be free from minor interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleancars365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to pre-existing mechanical failures or wear and tear exacerbated by standard cleaning processes. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service appointment shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cleancars365 is headquartered. You irrevocably consent that the courts of such jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Cleancars365 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our service offerings for Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Boats, and RVs or for legal compliance.
